Reservation Policy:

  •  Guests must submit a photocopy of their ID card
    (KTP/passport) at check-in.
  •  Guests are required to complete the registration form via the
    link provided prior to arrival.
  • Changes to reservations may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

  • Check-in time: 14:00 AM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 AM
  • Late check-out:
    12:00 – 6:00 PM: Additional 35% of room rate
  • After 6:00 PM: Charged as full one-night rate

Payment Policy:

  • Payment for the entire stay is due upon check-in.
  • All payments are non-refundable under any
    circumstances.

Cancellation and No-show Policy:

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Pet Policy:

  •  No pets are allowed.

Smoking Policy:

  • Our hotel is smoke-free. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
  • Designated smoking areas are available outside the premises.
