CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
1. Guests must submit a photocopy of their ID card
(KTP/passport) at check-in.
2. Guests are required to complete the registration form via the
link provided prior to arrival.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES

1. Check-in Time: 2:00 PM (14:00 WIB)
2. Check-out Time: 12:00 PM (12:00 WIB)
3. Early check-in must be made through reservation in advance
4. All types of rooms are suitable for 2 guests only
5. Extra Bed is available at IDR 200,000 / bed
6. Late check-out:
12:00 – 6:00 PM: Additional 35% of room rate
After 6:00 PM: Charged as full one-night rate

GENERAL RULES
1. No pets are allowed.
2. Immoral acts are strictly prohibited.
3.Mass political, religious, or shamanic activities are not
allowed on hotel premises.
4. Sharp weapons and drug use are strictly prohibited.
5. Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor terrace. Smoking
inside the room is not permitted.
6. Please keep noise to a minimum. Do not disturb other
guests with loud music or TV.
7. Do not stick or write anything on the walls or hotel
furniture.
8. Do not move or take hotel inventory or assets outside the
room.
9. Please turn off all electronic devices, water taps, and the
air conditioner before leaving the room.
10. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.
11. The hotel is not liable for lost or damaged items.
12. All payments are non-refundable under any
circumstances.
